Welcome to Safe Place For Pets

Meet Rocky and Packard: Hi there, my name is Rocky, and I am a 7-year-old 12-pound neutered gray tabby with claws. Until I get to know you I’m more likely to hide. I know that it doesn’t sound very macho for a guy cat to say, but I’m kind of shy.

But I do like petting, and if you sit quietly for a minute or two I’ll come out to say hello. It’s been kind of scary having my mom get sick and go away, and even though I’ve had my two brothers Packard and Bandit with me, I’m unsure of these new changes.

Hi everyone! My name is Packard. I am a strapping 14-pound orange tabby neutered male with claws. My mom adopted me as a stray, so I’m not sure exactly how old I am, the vet thinks somewhere around 5 years old.

If you get out the brush, my purr, which runs when you talk to me, kicks up a notch. In other words, I loved it, and will walk around you again and again to keep coming back for more brushing.
